Hello dear,

Connections between erectile dysfunction & excess use of porn has been reported in many studies.
For those affected, recovery takes place by 6-12 weeks & mainly involves avoiding the causative factor, that is watching porn.

Other causes for difficulty in maintaining erection & other symptoms as mentioned in your post can be many such as Hyper/Hypotension, Diabetes mellitus, Atherosclerosis of the arteries, Neurological problems, Chronic illness, Prolonged intake of drugs, Stress, Smoking, Alcohol, etc.

So, kindly visit your family physician and get a proper clinical examination done.
Investigations like Complete blood count, estimation of blood pressure levels, lipid profile will be helpful to rule out any pathological cause for your symptoms.

One more thing...avoid consuming any over the counter medication which claim to improve performance...it may be harmful.
Best thing is to eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, avoid stress, get good sleep, think positive and stay happy.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

General & Family Physician Dr. Lohit K's  Response
Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Erectile dysfunction can be due to multiple causes like psychological problem, hormonal imbalance, nerve problem, spinal cord problem, vascular problem or neurological problem. If there is no erection then there won't be ejaculation. Since the age of 13 if you never ejaculated then get done one usg abdomen and pelvis along with external genitalia and testostrone level, LH and FSH level. If early morning erection is not there then the cause may be due to testosterone. Maintain your daily healthy activities like outdoor exercise, diet, fruit juice, avoiding tight pants, reducing frequency of mastrubation, stop always thinking of sexual activities. This will help you.
Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
Dr. Lohit
