Hi,
Your hormonal assays suggest that your ovarian reserve is on the lower side and you may be suffering from PCOD; a trans-vaginal sonogram confirmation is essential. That your uterus has responded well to hormone withdrawal is a good sign. You would need to test for tubal patency preferably through laparoscopy after the sonogram is done and any cysts could be punctured. You would need the support of an experienced infertility specialist. You may be put on ovulation induction as per your doctor's discretion with proper monitoring. Please do not worry, as proper management now-a-days is available for most of the conditions. Take care.
