hi there, frequent urination can be due to many more reasons other than UTI and your doctor should look into them. ONe of the most common one is diabetes mellitus and so it would be wise to get your blood glucose levels done preferably fasting and post prandial to rule out diabetes. Any reason for retention of urine or obstruction to total evacuation of the bladder may result in frequency of urine and that can be ruled out by doing an x-ray KUB or ultrasound abdomen. The increased quantity of fluid intake can also result in frequent urination. The bloating/distended abdomen may be due to most freqently an irregular diet and lack or exercise. You could visit a gastroenterologist and get a prescription for antacids. Regular diet and some sort of exercise will reduce the gassy and nauseous feeling. Take care.
