Hi Brandon,
The description of lesion points more towards a benign lesion than non Hodgkin's lymphoma.
This benign lesion seems to be a sebaceous cyst. It is a benign lesion underneath skin and discharges a cheesy white foul smelling liquid on being manipulated.
Treatment requires surgical excision of the lesion. This procedure is a day time procedure and would be done under local anaesthesia. It would hardly require much time and you would be able to resume your normal activities soon after the procedure.
Hope that helps.
Take care
