Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Fomonide 100 contains budesonide and formoterol.

Both budesonide and formoterol are helpful in reducing the inflammation.

Both act at cellular level to reduce the inflammation.

Thus Formonide 100 is used for sinusitis.
Because in sinusitis, inflammation of turbinates and mucosal wall in sinus is common.

By reducing the inflammation, swelling get reduced.

Formoteral inhibit the release of histamine and leukotrines.
Both histamine and leukotrines are important in allergy and sneezing.

It can used as long as you have cough and sneezing as per your primary care physician.

Hope this helps.

Wishing you good health.
