45 y.o monogamous para 1/grav 1; I have had 4 episodes of PCB--approx 25% of time --unrelated to menstrual cycle. I have rlq pain which has persisted for nearly one year. I lost 20 lbs in ten months due to early satiety and abrupt loss of appetite 1.5 yrs ago. Normal trans-vag & -abd sonos, normal abd/pelvic CT. Mother dx w/ ovarian cancer at age 64 after 10 yrs HRT. concerned about ovarian cancer as I have many symptoms, but nothing shows positively radiographically
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The post coital bleeding that is recurrent is more likely to be related to cervical lesions rather than ovarian cancer.
