Hard, Painless, Lymph Node On Pelvic Area, Knot And Swelling From Hairline To Ear. Cause?

I ve a hard fixed , painless lymph node one left side of groin/ pelvic area for over 3 months 2 on right side , same area as well a partoid knot and swelling from hairline down to middle front of right ear . I ve had numerous CBC & other blood work ups , nitely sweats as well fatigue , swallowing feels awkward and like i m swallowing sharp pebbles as well as i need to swallow at least twice even drinking water or juices , i don t drink or smoke or do drugs . I feel like i m being pushed around from one dr. to another dr.

hi there, painless generelized lymphadenopathy with night sweats, and fatigue are quite suggestive of lymphoma, you will need to get a total thorough physical check up done by your physician then a battery of blood tests like a CBC including a peripheral blood picture done along with other tests like FNAC of the lymph node, an ultrasound abdomen and and chest x-ray. If these tests give any suggestion of lymphoma then they will need to do a lymph node biopsy and a bone marrow exam as a next level of investigation. Do be well informed about this condition and see to it that you are given a methodical and thorough exam to confirm or to establish a diagnosis. Take care.
