Had Unprotected Sex, Cramping, Brown Discharge, Blood In Urine. What Could It Be?

Hi ive been sexually active i am not on birth control and we had unprotected sex without pulling out. Yesterday i was experiencing mild cramping with pink and brownish discharge . Today i am still having cramping but they are coming and going i have a tinge of blood in my urine and blood when i wipe. I have a pad on and only a dot of blood on it. what could it be

You have not mentioned in your question the duration between the last unprotected sex and your symptoms.
If the gap is more than 10 to 15 days then the brownish discharge and cramps could be early sign of pregnancy.
Small amount of bleeding could also be due to pregnancy, what is called as implantation sign.
But if the gap is less then drop of blood in your urine could be due to urinary tract infection, which can be confirmed by urine examination.
Brown discharge could be due to fungal infection.
