Had Unprotected Sex. Having Clear Discharge From Penis. Pain In Testicles. Treatment?
Hi well oneday I had unprotected sex with a females bout a week later I felt my penis feeln real uncomfortable so I looked at it and saw a clear discharged so last Thursday I went to get checked out the doc said I mite have ngu but the results having came back yet so they gave me 4 tablets of 250mg azithromycin well today is early Tuesday and my penis still feeling uncomfortable n a lil discharge if I squeeze my penis but not like at 1st and a lil pain in my testicles so I want to know is the treatment working or should I go and get treated again?

Please get your blood tests for STD and Urine or discharge from penis for Chlamydia done to rule out STD.
In the mean while Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medicine Diclofenac twice daily topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily .
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily.
