Fever And Flu Followed By Body Pain, Light Cough And Headache, Runny Nose, Taken Paracetamol, No Relief. Advise?
namaste dr .sab i m suffering from fever and flu last 5 days.frist day my body (back) and leg pain so much.then second days me suffering light cough light headac and about 101.8 degree fever.third days my nose is running water.i am 37 years female .i take paracetomal tablate if fever is about 102 degree.what can i do? all thing like stool .urine is ok condition.plz give me advise...

In this season Viral fever with respiratory infection is very common,usually they are self limiting diseases,keep yourself well hydrated by taking lot of fluids like hot soups,take rest and you may take paracetamol and any OTC antihistaminic tab to trduce symptoms.If nothing serious then you should recover in a day or two.
But watch if you have breathing difficulty ,high grade fever,bluish discoloration of lips or nails, Visit hospital get examined by Physician take precautions as you must be reading about SWINE FLU?

It seems that you are having viral infection and by this time you should be alright so now if you are having fever there are chances of having bacterial infection as well.
Go for antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Some blood tests may require.
