Hi, Headaches and chills usually point to some sort of viral syndrome. Influenza is always a possibility although typically I would expect a fever to be present with your other symptoms. Very severe viral infections and actually cause something called viral meningitis. This does cause a headache and chills but usually a very very sore neck and pain when you flex your neck, touching your chin to your chest. It does not sound as though this is the case. Most likely this is a common viral infection and they typically resolve in 1-3 days or at least you will feel considerably better. If it does worsen then your need to be seen in an Emergency Room.
