Fever And Burning Sensation While Urination. Took Epitrill. History Of Heart Problem. Panic Attack?
sir my mother is a heart patient , yesterday night i gave her epitrill 0.5 mg cause see was not feeling good, but she woke ip in the midnight with 102 feaver, and started loosing control of her self, i again gave her epitrill to calm her down. she was complaining about buring sensation while urinating, is this problem could be the reason of feaver and this panic attack ?plz tell me what it was, and what i should do now ?

Your mother probably have urinary track infection. Burning maturation with fever are signs for that. You should go for Urine examination and urine culture examination to select the best and effective antibiotic to recover from the infection. Meanwhile give her plenty of water and urinary alkaliser to reduce burning sensation. Paracetamol can be given to get rid from the fever. The panic attack may be due to fever and if you get control over it, the attacks may get controlled. Other reasons for panic may be high blood pressure as she as heart patient. If so keep a check over it.
Consult your physician and get investigations done and plan the further treatment.

Your mother is suffering from Heart disease and Panic attack but as she has fever and urinary burning symptoms it is most likely that she has UTI and which can cause fever.
So kindly visit a Physician and get her blood count and Urine R&M along with a Urinary Culture ans sensitivity and in the mean time give her plenty of water and craneberry juices. Antibiotics may be given after consultation empirically till result of culture and sensitivity comes when they can be modified according to report.
Paracetamol may be used for fever.
