Fever, Blood Test Leucocyte 3400/cumm, Platelet 0.93 Lacs/Cumm. Dengue?

Hi i am Abhishek my age is 26 yrs. i am suffering from fever, My blood test report indicates total Leucocyte count 3400/cumm, and Platelet count 0.93 Lacs/Cumm am i suffering from Dengue? For speedy recovery please guide me
Haematology test for maleria is as indicated in test report

Thanks for posting your query.
Your blood test reports are suggestive of abnormalities which indicate to a disease leading to consumption of platelets may be dengue but it can be due to malaria, severe infections reaching in blood stream.
Dengue is prominent possibility and must be assessed by a local physician and you should control the fever, take balanced diet and ensure hydration.
Regular counts of platelets is advisable.
You can get the dengue serology for confirmation.

Hello and welcome sir.

The low leucocyte count and drop in platelet count is quite typical for typhoid so I would advice a widal test for the same. Please request your doctor for the required test.
