General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to HCM.

Based on the limited information you have given it is difficult to advise on your current condition. There are many causes of dizziness, one of the common causes is orthostatic hypotension (transient decrease in blood pressure due to sudden change in body posture). This will happen when you suddenly get up from sitting or lying down position. Another cause could be due to low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). Third is vertigo sudden change in head position that in turn disturb the balance structures in your inner ears.

These are just some of the reasons why you may have felt dizzy. Regardless of the reasons I will advise you to consult your primary physician and get your self examined.

Hope this helps.
