Hi,

I recommend that you should seek medical advice from a gland doctor (endocrine). You need to rule out gland problems and check your blood sugar levels during the attacks. Also, you need to check your heart with heart doctor (cardiology).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Amr Mohamed, Internal Medicine Specialist
