Hi Dear,

Welcome to the Health care magic,

Dear friend you are having throat pain along with this there is difficulty in swallowing and some chest pain. These all symptoms are depicting a clear case of throat infection like pharyngitis or tonsillitis.

You require a ENT consultation. ENT surgeon after examination of you throat, he advice you some investigations like throat swab culture, CBC etc and accordingly he may advice you some relevant antibiotic and analgesic antipyretic.
One may also go for gargles with some antiseptic fluid.

I hope such treatment will relieve your symptoms with your satisfaction.

Thanks
