Endometriosis. Using Isterate Injection. How Long It Takes To Get Pregnant?

I am a 27 year old female. I was on the Nur Isterate injection for 11 years, every 8 weeks without any breaks. I was told I have endometriosis and that the injection would help me control this. Before I started the injection I use to have irregular and heavy periods. I have been off the injection for 1 year now and my periods have been normal ever since I stopped going for nur isterate. What I want to know is how long do I still have to wait before I can fall pregnant and is there anything I can do to increase my chances of falling pregnant.

Hello
Thanks for your query.
Endometriosis generally causes extensive pelvic adhesions and other problems, thus causing significant difficulties in conception.
You need to consult an infertility specialist, and have complete evaluation.
You need assessment of the patency of your fallopian tubes, alongwith assessment of your ovarian reserve and semen analysis of your partner.
If the need arises, you might need help of ART ( assisted reproductive technologies ) to achieve a pregnancy.
ALl the best.
