Done IVF. Have Back Ache, Tiredness, Excessive Sleep, Cramps, Fuller Breasts, Tenderness. Positive PT. Blighted Ovum?

Hello,
I had IVF with donor egg on the 12 June, it was a 2 day 4cell transfer.
On 23rd and 24th I tested Positive wit a clearblue digital. I was having little symptoms like backache, tiredness and sleepy, cramps.breast was slightly fuller but not tender. On 27th I had my blood tested and it was a strong positive. Anyway, I was not feeling pregnant by this time so I tested again at on wit a digital on the 1st July and it was positive. Then I tested again wit a cheap strip 5days later and it was negative. I informed my gynea and he advised I wait till my scan in 2wks time. Since I was so anxious, I did a blood work at a clinic nearby and it was negative. Am very confused. Yesteday I started having full breast, tirdness, saliva in my mouth, no bleeding just mild cramps. Am on prgesteron suppositories bd and progynova 4mg bd. Am I still pregnant? Cloud I have experienced a blighted ovum? Or vanishing twin? Am confused. My scan is not due till nest week and am going nuts.

Hello
Thanks for your query.
Frankly speaking without your scan, it is difficult to say specifically what is going on.
To give an opinion, if the blood work is negative, then the chances of pregnancy are quite low.
You most probably experienced a chemical pregnancy, where the B HCG rises initially, and then similar to a blighted ovum, the pregnancy fails in its very early stages, and you then lose the conceptus.
However, please wait for your scan as advised, and avoid unnecessary anxiety.
Easier said than done I know.
All the best.
