Hi,
If you are menstruating regularly, and are yet to receive a period this month, you need to wait for your cycle to set in and go for a pregnancy test if you miss it. If you have been sexually active during the mid-cycle, your chances of conception are high. You can also get the estimation of serum beta-hCG titres if you are at least ten days post ovulation. Your symptoms of pain and frequent urination can also be due to urinary infection and hence it is advisable to get a urinalysis too. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
