Difficulty In Urination, Difficulty Ejaculation, Affecting Sex Drive. History Of Bladder Infections. Recommendations?
The last six months or so I've noticed my testicles and penis has changed. it's extremely hard too urinate, it feels like I'm trying to force it out to keep a constant stream, and reduction of amount of ti'es per day I urinate . I'm drinking plenty of water. It's affected my sex drive and extremely difficult ejaculating. I've had a couple of bladder infectios this year but the symptoms I'm experiencing are not the same.

You had not mentioned your age, whether you have any Diabetes Mallitus and about your sexual activity. These information have some relevance of your problem.
You mentioned that you had observed some changes with your penis and scrotum. What type of changes? Any depigmentation or atrophic changes?
A condition associated with depigmentation and atrophy may lead to tight foreskin and narrowing of urethral opening, sometime the urethra also, then you may likely to have such difficulty in passing urine and also for ejaculation.
The past urinary infection (urethritis) could be due a STD, then there might be a chance for urethral stricture which could be the reason for your present problem.
Consult a urologist, he/she will be able to help you in this regard. If you can send more details we can discuss further.
