Hello Thanks for writing to us with your health concern. The blood HCG test is clearly negative. The urine test is also negative. THus, you are not pregnant. DO not worry. The abdominal pain and bleeding is not suggestive of a pregnancy either. Slight bleeding, lesser than usual, could indicate a miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy ( less likely as HCG is negative ), could be due to stress, anxiety, weight gain, hypothyroidism etc. If this becomes a pattern, polycystic ovaries and endometrial hyperplasia should be ruled out. For a sporadic incidence, do not get anxious. All the best. Take care.
