Diagnosed With PTSD And Severe Depression. Now Have Hyperarousal, Emotional Reactions. Treatment?

I was diagnosed with PTSD and severe depression about 5 years ago. I have come a long ways and most of the depression is gone and the flashbacks etc
Now that those layers have resolved I experience hyperarousal to situations and extreme internal emotional reactions.
I end up in conflicts with negative people where I find myself obsessed with the fight reactions of not being mistreated which is like being victimized. I have little rest from this and it hurts me and makes recovery from even conflicts with strangers hard. My loved ones are sick of this. Ideas?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your descriptions. PTSD and severe depression are conditions of mind which is fully curable. These are not to be treated as diseases as these are simply mental conditions.

Mental conditions or psychic conditions are always alterable by lifestyle changes and learning to accept them as positive learning in the path of life. You did well in overcoming the associated negative feelings associated with PTSD and depression.

Psychotherapy helps you to adopt life style changes to help overcome emotional outrages and meditation and yoga helps you to streamline your thinking and metabolism. Consult a psychotherapist and yoga trainer for advice.

Hope this clears your doubts. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
