Hi, I am 23, and have previously been diagnosed with PCOS. I believe Ihave had a cyst ruptire, because I am having extreme pain in lower back that wrapps atound to my ovaries, nausea, and exhaustion, like the other time I've had cysts rupture. However this time I noticed that I am having an abnormal amount of discharge. By abnormal I mean it is literally like a river..just a constant flow. The discharge is very thin like water, has NO odor, and is clear with some streaky pinkish like spotting.The other night I woke up and my underwear was soaked, I went to the bathroom to pee and change, and when the pee hit my skin on my labia majora it stung like salt on a wound. So I felt the area, and it felt like skin had been rubbed off. Now a few days later the are is swollen, but not raised like a bump. It was never a bump, or blister that popped, and there is no puss, or funny smell, just tender to the touch. It doesn't hurt to sit or walk, the only pain is if I'm wiping and the toilet paper touches the abrasions, and like I said the back pain..what could this be?
