Delayed Periods, Dark Brown Vaginal Fluid, Severe Pain In Anus, Vagina. Treatment?

Hi my period is around 2weeks late I began to think I was pregnant 2days ago I began having a dark brown fluid come out but only spiraticaly now today I have had more still the same color and Im having severe pains in my anus and vagina along with lower abdomen pain it hurts so bad I have to hold my breath. Do you have any idea what could be happening?

Thanks for your query.
The cause could be a pregnancy, which has miscarried.
It could also be an ectopic pregnancy ( pregnancy outside the uterus )
Also, it could be abnormal menstrual bleeding due to stress, anxiety, thyroid disorders, polycystic ovaries, endometrial damage, increased age, medications etc.
Please consult your gynecologist for detailed evaluation and confirmation of diagnosis.
