Can Stomach Cramping And Light Period Mean Abortion?
hi i had missed my period for two months i took a pregnacy test and came out positive
as soon as i knew that i took four abortion pills
i had light cramping and very light bleeding just when i urinated the next morning i also had diarrhea
after that i havent felt anything a month after taking the pills once again i had very light bleeding just when i urinated and thats it ....am i still pregnant or is it just my hormones trying to get back to normal

Understand your concern.
Pregnancy (chance is less) should be confirmed by blood HCG or by pelvic USG. Urinary pregnancy become negative 7-10 days after complete abortion.
You can not use misoprostol by self and also not use misoprostol second time without consulting gynecologist. It causes excessive bleeding and infertility problem in future.You had bleeding like light period after using pills suggests abortion is started. But incomplete abortion process should be confirmed by USG, 14 days after using pills. If it is there it should be removed by surgical process.
Cramping is side effects of pills due to uterine contractions.
Use safer sex practice (I pill, condoms) and choose your contraception method to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
