Can Sex Delay One's Period?

I had a protected sex. I did not ejaculated and I'm sure that the condom has no hole since a filled it with water and tried to squeeze it. Now, my GF is 1 week delay. Can sex delay one's period? what are the odds of her getting pregnant if our sex was protected, I did not ejaculate, and the condom has no hole at any part?

Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Just sex cannot delay cycles, that is for sure.
Condoms have a failure rate varying from 3 - 19 %, however you did not even ejaculate.
I think the chances of pregnancy are very remote.
Other reasons for a delayed cycle could be - anxiety, stress, weight gain, hypothyroidism, polycystic ovaries etc.
Have a formal gynecological evaluation once you take a pregnancy test that is negative.
Take care.
