Dermatologist 's  Response
After vaccination for chicken pox 90 % people does not get the disease but 10% could.
In pediatric age group the disease is mild and occurs without any constitutional symptoms.
In peoples aged more than 15 years the disease usually follows fever malaise 1 to 2 day before the appearance of rash.
Rash usually starts over face and trunk and than spreads to extremities
Rash starts as red dot which become papule and than fluid filled vessicle and resolve with brownish scab formation in 4 to 5 days. All these stages colud be seen in a patient at same time .
So to have a diagnosis get tzank smear test done which will shows acantholytic cells if you have the disease.
