frequent urination has no relation with puberty.
You might have urinary infection.
Go for urine check up.
Go for blood sugar.

hi
at ur age there are hormonal changes
so it is common to have some problem .
so it is possible to have relation with puberty
but it is also due to excess water intake ,stay in cool environment,
but u need not to worry as it is not a serious condition.
