General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It seems the girl needs endocrinal assay including pituitary, thyroid and ovarian functions. An endocrinologist would help in cause specific treatment after the reports are obtained. Please consult an endocrinologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
