How to treat primary amenorrhea in a grown up female?

i have pt. 24 years female.married for 2 years. case of primary ammenorrhea. she has menarche only with pills. no brest development since 18 years. then she took multiple courses of combined harmonal pills. now she looks like female. axillary and pubic hair present. on scan retroverted uterus . ovaries small. her FSH LH decresed markedly.

Hello,

Very low levels of FSH and LH are indicative of inactive ovaries. She is not likely to get periods spontaneously without the help of hormonal tablets.
