Can Endometriosis And Zoladex Injection Cause No Periods?
i was diagnosed with endometriosis and tk zoladex injection for 6 months and then no periods for another 6 months then my gynae suggested me to tk novelon for 21 days. got my periods after completing the course and the next cycle did not start even after 35 days. y

Zoladex inhibits ovulation.
It shuts down ovarian function totally and leads to inhibition of ovulation and thus absence of periods.
After Zoladex it takes a few weeks for ovulation and menstrual functions to resume.
After taking Novelon, you should have your period within a week of stopping the pills.
So do not worry.
You can take 2 -3 more courses of Novelon also.
