Hi,

Yes there are options for blocked fallopian tube..
What i would like to know from you is ,if its blocked on both sides or not.
There is a surgical procedure called hysteroscopic cannulation of fallopian tubes ,which can remove the block ,this should be done by an adequately trained lapaoroscopic surgeon.
It removes the block most of the times.Other factors of fertility like ale factor and ovarian factor should also be assessed before any surgery for tubes.
If at all surgery is not successful you could go for Test tube baby as last resort.
Hope this helps.
Regards
