Hi, I had gone through the problem and looks like you have trivial head injury probably extending to the neck causing swollen eye, stiff neck and scalp contusion. Shakes in the right hand may be anxiety related or rarely a focal seizure due to head injury. You also have dizzy spells which indicate possibility of labrynthine dysfunction. Based on the severity of the imapct and the nature of symptoms I personally feel you need to see a Neurologist or a Neurosurgeon at the earliest.
