General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is suggestive of uterine fibroids. These are non-cancerous growths that appear during childbearing years.

Although usually not dangerous, they can cause discomfort and prolonged heavy periods may lead to anemia. I advise you to consult your gynecologist for further evaluation which may include other tests such as CBC, thyroid function tests and hysteroscopy followed by its appropriate treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
