Hi. I have a burning left breast and nipple with tingling . Had several EKG , bloodwork, X-ray , catscan. All came back great. My dr thinks its costocondritis but I have had it for over two months. Sometimes my heart flutters and then I get anxiety. I am on Tagamet for gastritis but I also am having a hard time walking with some dizziness.

Costochondritis is a diagnosis of exclusion. It is not serious but the pain can get troublesome. You may need to get evaluated for anxiety and also take proper dietary advise for gastritis. Avoid going hungry for long hours. Take small meals every 3 to 4 hours. Avoid smoking and alcohol.
