Bumps On Sac. Squeezed. Why Does It Keep Coming? Cyst?

I had just one, but now a second has appeared. It is on the left and one in the middle of my sac. The skin to be a little more precise. No where near the testicles. I shave the area all the time, but have never had this before. I have squeezed multiple times, but nothing comes out. Is it just an underturned hair or blocked sweat gland , or a cyst?? Just curious how to tell the difference. Please help

Hi jason.c.kines,

Since you have squeezed it and nothing comes out, it is probably not a cyst. Cyst is usually a sac like structure with liquid filled in it. The bumps you are getting are likely to be due to blocked sebaceous glands. You have not specified your age but if you are a young person it can also be due to a little higher secretion of testosterone. There is nothing much to worry but it is important to get examined by a doctor and get a few blood tests done to rule out any kind of STD.

To avoid getting such bumps take more care of your hygiene. Wear cotton pants, you have sensitive skin. Wash your clothes regularly and treat it with dettol or savlon. If you are a sexually active person make sure your partner is not infected with any kind of genital infections. Make sure your wardrobe and room is clean and free of bugs. However, if your doctor diagnoses your bumps to be cysts you may have to let the doctor evacuate it. Take care.
