Bump In The Labia Minora. Itching, Irritation. Could It Be From Shaving?

I HAVE A SMALL BUMP R PIMPLE ON MY LYBIA MINORA, ALONG WITH ITCHING , IRRITATION NO DISCHARGE, BUT LITE ORDER. I TOOK ANIBIOTICS FOR A SORE THROAT A FEWW WEEKS AGO AND I SHAVED. IM NOT SURE WHAT IT COULKD E. I THOUGHT AT FIRST IT WAS YEAST INFECTION. I OUGHT MONOSTAT BUT EVEN AFTER THE THREE DAYS THE IRRITATION WAS STILL THERE AND THATS WHEN I NOTICED THE PIMPLE, THERE IS ALSO SWELLING BUT ONLY ON THE RIGHT SIDE
