Hello , welcome again
In polycystic ovarian disease periods are usually delayed and scanty and other symptoms like weight gain , hirsutism , acne can be there. It can be confirmed with ultrasound. If you are overweight then get your thyroid profile done.Since you have not mentioned about the exact nature of your cycles whether they are heavy or scanty , I can not pinpoint the diagnosis.Without proper diagnosis it is not a good thing to take medicines.
Any further query is most welcome
God bless you
Take care
