Hi
Your reports are normal except for slight reduction in Hemoglobin, MCH and a raised RDW. These are related to RBC Hemoglobin concentration, hypochromasia and RBC size respectively. Yes there is anisocytosis and hypochromasia. Get a peripheral smear done to confirm.
Regards.
