6 Year Old, Hard Lump Behind Left Ear, Swelling Occipital Lymph Node, Ear Pain. Recommendations?

My 6 year old daughter has developed a very hard lump behind her left ear. I believe that her posterior auricular lymph node is swollen, and just today the occipital lymph node has started swelling. She says her ears have been hurting for quite some time. She states these lumps are tender but not overly painful. When I palpate the lumps do move a little, they are not stationary or fixed. What is your recommendation?
