Hi and thanks for the query,
it would be very important for you to get consulted by a Gynecologist. This would exclude any secondary cause of lack of periods. These could range from hormonal causes like excess prolactine secretion to polycysitic ovarian syndrome and other uterine abnormalities. Knowing if you exprience any milk secretion could be important. A clinical examination, abdominal ultrasound and blood tests should be important for a start in understanding the possible causes of these symptoms.
Tiredness could result from excessive loss of blood and a complete blood count to determine the hemoglobin levels could be important. Markers of inflammation like the Erythrocyte Sedimentation rate and the C reactive proteiin should be important to know if there is a chronic inflammatory process going on. A clinical examination with measures of blood pressure, serum blood glucose are necessary to screen for low blood pressure and hypoglycemia that could explain the feeling you experienced (dizziness).
A chest X ray, and electrocardiogramme to measure cardiac activity and a cardiac ultrasound if necessary,a s shall be guided by the clinical examination, are sufficient to rule out any cardiac or lung disease that could explain these chest manifestations. However, abdominal diseases like gastritis and gastrointestinal reflux disease must not be ignored in the evaluation process.
Consulting a gynecologist and an internist are important first steps in your management process.
Thanks and best regards,
Luchuo, MD.
