Hello,

You have not mentioned for how long you have been coughing. Any cough for more than 10 days should be investigated. Excessive cough may trigger backpain. Since you are having symptoms of bloating, acid reflux which are not getting relieved even after taking PPIs. Your treating doctors are investigating to detect gall stones that may cause similar symptoms. You will be treated accordingly. Yes, acid reflex may trigger palpitations, take PPIs for relieve. If you don't get relieve, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a cardiologist.

Get Lipid functions tests, CBC, urinalysis and all cardiac function tests done to detect any developing CAD, coronary artery disease. You will be treated accordingly. Since your tone is getting affected, you should give voice rest, you may need antibiotics. Take semi solid food so that it doesn't hurt the throat. Gargle it with salt and warm water 3-4 times a day. Get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
