Brief Answer:
I need a few details further

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend
Wekcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
Telma plain is just Telmisartan and Telma CD contains additionally a diuretic. Usually we add it when the BP is not being controlled well by only Telma.
However addition of this class of diuretic has shown to be beneficial.
So tell me your previous BP readings and the readings when you were started on Telma CD.
Rosawell is Rosuvastatin. It is used for cholesterol control and also helpful in preventing heart attack and stroke.
It is usually a safe drug. You just need to monitor liver function tests when on these medicines.
These both medicines can be taken together.
Also tell me your blood sugar levels and mention if any medicine you are taking for it.
Stay Healthy.

Dear Dr XXXXXXX

My BP used to go beyond 150/100+. Was having Telma 40mg for last 2 years. BP was 140/90 after about 10 hours after taking medicine, when medicine was prescribed.

Blood Sugar levels were Fasting 114 and PP 161 (Details available on the lab report too). No medicines as yet. Diet check and Excercise recomended.

These prescriptions are of 26 Jul 14.

May I request for advise on what liver Function tests to be done for monitoring.

Detail Follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Your high BP requires modification of medicine to Tema CD.
You should continue with that.
Your blood sugar levels can be controlled with dietary modifications only.
I would advise you to follow them and also to start exercise regularly.
Your lab reports i have received, but they are password protected. Kindly provide the password.
For monitoring of Liver Functions derangement on Rozavel, you require ALT and AST.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
