Brief Answer:
Upload all reports. Need proper evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,

Thanks for writing to us.

At this age, endometrium thickness (ET) 10 mm is above the upper limit. We need to evaluate properly and have to rule out possible risk of endometrial carcinoma.

Kindly, upload or attach latest ultrasound scan report to know or find out the exact pathology.

Let me know few things:

1) Do you have any H/O of post menopausal or post coital bleeding (if sexually active) or discharge?

2) Any H/O high BP, diabetes, HRT, obesity, painful coitus or urination?

3) Do you undergo any recent pap smear test? What is the result?

Waiting for your earliest response and report for proper guideline.

Brief Answer:
Do histopathological examination and MRI scan.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,

Thanks for updated information. I have reviewed your attached images.

1) If you have NO h/o vaginal bleeding, then acceptable range of endometrial thickness is 8-11 mm for normal circumstance. The risk of carcinoma is 7% if the endometrium is >11 mm.

2) As endometrium is heterogeneous, then possible cause of 12 mm mass could be adenomyosis or small fibroid, polyp or cyst. Histopathological test may be needed to confirm the diagnosis.

3) Last thing, I suggest to proceed one contrast CT or MRI scan (superior) to rule out minimal risk of endometrial carcinoma. Kindly, consult with your gynecologist regarding this for proper guidance of above mentioned tests.

Hope, it helps for your information. Good luck and review with report.
