Brief Answer:
Yo u need to take antibiotics .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the report of your Semen Analysis that you have posted I would comment on it as detailed below .

Most of the parameters like sperm count, motility ,reaction and colour etc are normal but following abnormalities are detected
1) Liquefaction time is higher than normal (Normal range is 30-45 minutes)
2) Agglutination of sperms denotes presence of sperm antibodies making sperms to clump together
3) Morphological characters suggest abnormality of major fraction of sperms (80%)(Terratospermia) which could be secondary to infection reflected as presence of 2-4 pus cells .

As regards Thyroid Hormone assessment you have hypothyroidism which is well treated and can not be cause for sperm abnormalities .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Doxicycline twice daily for 4-6 weeks .

Repeat semen analysis after completion of treatment .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Hypothyroidism is not a cause for infection `

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

1) Start treatment from Today and get married .It will not have any negative effect on your sexual life after marriage .

2) Doxicycline is an antibiotic to treat infection .You have to continue Thyroxine for hyperthyroidism .

3) It is a bacterial infection and precise cause can not be determined ,it may result from habitual and frequent masturbation or may be secondary to UTI.,

4) Both these medications are not costly and poorest of poor can afford to buy them .

5) With treatment suggested above you are bound to get cured .

6)Practice safe and protected sex using condom in early sexual life .
