What Does This Blood Report Indicate?
Question: Hi Doctor, I had done a complete health checkup a week ago and there are some observations that have been highlighted in my report:
Eosinophil: 16% (Normal Range should be 1-6%)
RBC Morphology: Microcytosis +
Adv: Serum Iron, TIBC & Hb Electrophoresis
S.HDL-Cholestrol: 32 mg/dl (Normal Range should be 35-65)
S.LDL-Cholestrol: 112.4 mg/dl (Normal Range should be less than 100 mg/dl)
Could you please advise on next steps based on this report?

I have gone through your attached reports.
Need not worry much on your current reports
Only eosinophills should be of concern. As advised get these tests. Serum Iron, TIBC & Hb Electrophoresis. Eosinophills rise is seen in allergy conditions.
Serum HDL and LDL are near normal. I suggest you to take omega 3 supplements which will help in getting normal HDL and LDL.
Recheck these tests after 6 months.
