Brief Answer:
Need to do an ultrasound scan and urinalysis and cervical swab

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again and you will be better.
I apologize for late replay.
While you have four days with high temperature ,abdominal pain and vomiting you should do minimally an ultrasound scan to see your;
Ovaries
Tubes for pyosalpingitis(infection of fallopian tubes)
Pouch of XXXXXXX for free liquid
Appendix(if it is inflammated )
Gallbladder
and kidney

And you should do a urinalysis to exclude any urinary tract infection and cervical swab to exclude PID(pelvic inflammatory disease )from gonorrhea or chlamydia.

If you continue with high temperature and all health issue you have wrote you should do examinations I have mentioned above and start with an antibiotico-therapy.

Fast recovery

Brief Answer:
Haemorrhagic cyst aren't with high temperature

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again!

Do you still have high temperature ?
Do you have abdominal pain yet ?
Do you feel better compared to previous time ?

Haemorrhagic cyst are when a follicle contain blood internally and for these reason you have pain that can spread and in right side.

Can you please let me know what is the size of cyst?
Do you have pain when you touch your abdomen?

High body temperature and high white blood cells can be due to any other reason because haemorrhagic cyst doesn't appear with these signs.

Have you done trans-abdominal or transvaginal scan ?!
If you have done transabdominal scan than I will insist to do a transvaginal scan to exclude pyosalpingitis while you have high temperature with vomiting and high white blood cells.

Wish you Fast recovery
Regards

3.2x3.2x3.9cm. Still have a mild fever 99.4. Pain is much better but still there. No pain when touching abdm. Lots of pain when trying to go to the bathroom #2. Had both scans, right side was very painful, no pain when looking at left side..? So if the cyst is causing pain and its on the left ovary, shouldnt there be pain also on the left side and not just the right?

Brief Answer:
Is a small cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again!

I'm glad to hear that you feel better .
Size of the cyst is small hence it should be evaluated after your periods will finish.
Usually they burst by itself and doesn't crate any problem.
Hence be please be calm.

While doctors have excluded that you haven't have other problem than cyst, which can cause right and left pain or is from your colon while you have been constipated (with reference to your doubt about the right sided origin).

Best Regards
