Brief Answer:
Possible hypothyroidism with foot symptoms?Need additional tests

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can understand your concerns.

I have gone through your test reports in detail.

The basic abnormalities are are elevated TSH and Triglyceride(TG) levels.

This may suggest Hypothyroidism.Elevated TG can be secondary to it.

Your foot symptoms need additional evaluation. This could most likely be a condition known as Plantar Fascitis-a condition associated with inflammation of the foot connective fascia.

Additional tests I would recommend are as follows.

1. Vitamin B12 levels.
2. Serum Uric acid.
3. Anti-TPO antibodies(for thyroid disease).
4. X-ray left foot.
5. Complete autoimmune screen( for hand symptoms)

Hypothyroidism needs correction through thyroxine replacement.

Further management is based on test results.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
