Brief Answer:
No need to worry .

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXXX
I can understand your concern . This blood pressure reading is common in your age group. So you need not be worried.

Before taking any medicine for hypertension you should confirm whether or not you truly have hypertension. I would like to know if you have chest discomfort, breathlessness, blurring of vision , headache or dizziness. In the absence of any of these symptoms, you are less likely to be suffering with hypertension. In such circumstances, I will suggest to record your blood pressure again after some time and if you have any of these symptoms then you must consult your physician immediately .

Follow certain life style modifications such as
1. salt and saturated fat restricted diet .
2. Take fruits and vegetables rich diet.
3. do regular exercise that is 30 minutes brisk walk at least 5 days per week .
4. drink alcohol in moderation that is for females maximum one drink per day.
5. Maintain your BMI less than 25 .
Each of these will help you to reduce your blood pressure by 5 to 6 mm of hg .
If you are comfortable measure your blood pressure on 3 different occasions over a period of one week. If it is more than 140/90 on two different occasions then discuss this with your physician and get proper work up done.

Hope this will help you . If you have any other concerns please feel free to message me . Thanks for contacting HCM .

Brief Answer:
consult to your physician

Detailed Answer:
Dear, I can understand your concern.

I would like to emphasis again that there is no need to worry; but if you are anxious and not feeling well I will suggest you to get blood pressure recorded at the doctors office again. Anxiety can elevate blood pressure; but at times hypertension co-exist with anxiety. There is no need to worry or panic. Try to involve your self in some recreational activities and meditation etc. Visit your physician if not relaxed and not feeling good.

Hope this will help you .

If you have any other concerns please feel free to message me . Thanks for contacting HCM .
