Hi My Age is 26 and height of 5 10 and weight 53kgs, i was suffering with gastric problems from the past 4years i consulted a internal medicine doctor in 2009 he was suggested for endoscopy and it was found dyspepsia . after that the doctor told that there is some hormonal problem which is not releasing some digestive enzymes. from past one week i was feeling some uneasiness in my left side of the chest i am very sensitive i feel very panic and all the time i fear something is going to happen me. is this is a serious issue. what are my risks getting chest pains does it leads to any serious problem.. every time i feel iam missing something in my life.does it is the problem because of stress or do i really have any health problem.?

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would advise that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg.

Following precautions will be helpful :-
1.Avoid spicy and oily foods.
2.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
3.Avoid mental and emotional stress.
4.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
5.Avoid self medications, especially pain killers and steroids.
6.Drink lots of water daily.
7.Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
8.Avoid gas producing foods like peas, cabbage, legumes, etc.

I would also advise that you should not get stressed about your dyspepsia as stress will only aggravate it further.
You should follow the precautions mentioned above. These will help you in relieving your symptoms.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
