Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully reviewed all the uploaded test reports and would conclude that her resting ECG is within normal ranges (a normal sinus rhythm, without any presence of arrhythmic events of conductance disturbances). It is observed only a slight sinus bradycardia, but in healthy young individuals it is considered a normal finding.

Regarding the other lab tests, I would explain that generally speaking, that almost all the parameters are normal, except for a slight decrease in plateletes count (but without any clinical risk of bleeding), and a mild decrease in ESR (erythrosedimentation rate).

When judging about medical tests, it is necessary to make a close correlation with the clinical symptomatology.

Has your girlfriend been feeling healthy lately?

Did she experience any complaints?

Has she any chronic health disorder?

If you could provide me with more detailed information, I would be happy to guide you through further diagnostic workup, if it is necessary.

Hope to have been helpful!

Feel free to ask any other questions whenever you need!

Greetings!

Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
I would recommend as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello again, dear XXXXXXX

As you girlfriend doesn't show lately any clear symptomatology suggestive of a health problem, facing also her uploaded tests, I would conclude, there is nothing to worry about!

Nevertheless, It is necessary to perform a complete medical check up for being sure everything is going OK!

I would recommend checking some medical tests as follow:

- a cardiac ultrasound,
- a chest X ray film,
- fasting blood glucose,
- glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),
- thyroid function tests (FT3, FT4, TSH)
- urea and creatinine,
- uric acid,
- AST & ALT,
- bilirubin,
- blood lipidogram,
- an abdominal ultrasound

I will be at your disposal for reviewing the above recommended tests when you upload them.
